The 3820 Cordless Scanner EMA is a no-fault* service option that includes repair or replacement of any accidentally damaged item, normal wear-and-tear component and 3820 Scanner battery.
The EMA must be purchased simultaneously with the scanner unit purchase.
The Extended Maintenance Agreement is renewable annually.
