With this extended warranty, you will have coverage for an additional year beyond the standard manufacturers warranty. The Follett Panther EMA is a no-fault* service option that includes repair or replacement of any accidentally damaged item, normal wear-and-tear components, and Panther battery. The EMA must be purchased simultaneously with the scanner unit purchase.
