The Follett 7100 Wireless EMA is a no-fault* service option that includes repair or replacement of any accidentally damaged item, normal wear-and-tear components, and battery.
The EMA must be purchased simultaneously with the scanner unit purchase.
The Extended Maintenance Agreement is renewable annually.
