Our Return Policy is intended to provide fair and equitable service to all customers.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returned products must be in original condition (unassembled, if applicable) with all original packaging materials, manuals, and any other components provided by the manufacturer in place.

To return a product, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any item. Use the Contact Us information to contact a Customer Service Representative and request an RMA. Our Customer Service representative will provide you with an RMA to be noted on your package(s) and any specific documentation you send.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization. Returns without a RMA will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Any original shipping charges are not refundable. No Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments will be accepted. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY STATED, FOLLETT SCHOOL SOLUTIONS, LLC.
