Shipping Process:
Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped in the most cost effective and efficient means available to us.
The Shipping Process
- Order Confirmation. An order confirmation email will be sent shortly after the order is placed.
- Shipment. Orders generally leave the warehouse usually within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise stated, special orders (eg; labels) or items out of stock).
- Time of Delivery. Small parcel post shipments usually arrive in a few days.
- Inspection. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the delivery for completeness (number of boxes as stated on delivery form) and to note any damaged containers (if any). Please write any damage comments on the delivery form to be signed both by customer and delivery driver.
Order Cancellations
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you must call us as soon as possible before the item is shipped at 800.323.3397. Please include your order number, name, phone number, billing address and items ordered. You will be contacted as soon as possible regarding your cancellation request.
